World WellBeing Week.
Disconnect, Reconnect, Embrace the Escape
Here at Tors Park we understand the importance of disconnecting and reconnecting in this modern world and during World Wellbeing Week it is more important than ever to focus on our own wellbeing and those around us.
The natural setting and the peaceful ambiance make Tors Park and the surrounding areas an ideal location for wellness and rejuvenation. The fresh sea air, scenic walks, and opportunities for mindfulness and meditation help visitors to disconnect from technology and stress, while reconnecting with themselves and the natural world.
Many people visit the area for the wealth of outdoor activities that are available and encourage both physical activity and mental relaxation. Hiking, wild swimming, and cycling through the Exmoor National Park and along the South West Coast Path offer the chance to connect with nature. Watersports such as SUP, kayaking and surfing attract visitors looking for a connection to nature and the sense of peace that being near water provides.
We are developing a fantastic range of wellness facilities, classes and activities for our visitors. More exciting announcements are coming soon but as part of the first stage of our plans we are pleased to announce that we are building a dedicated wellness area, with incredible views across Lynmouth Harbour incorporating:
- Large Sauna for 8 to 10 people
- Individual Ice bath
- Dedicated luxury Ibizan style yoga tent.
Don’t forget to follow our us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date.
