Our family of 5 stayed at the Overwater Penthouse in February. The apartment was spotless, warm and had everything we needed from a self catering perspective, even down to some washing liquid for the washing machine because inevitably with x3 young kids they got muddy as soon as they went out the apartment. The beds really comfy and they had left games for the kids and little treats for us on arrival. We loved how close it was to the Lynmouth harbor with it's lovely restaurants and also the pebble beach which our kids loved.
